Responsibilities

Position Overview:
The Tax Manager will serve as a key member of the leadership team responsible for staff development, client management, and oversight of federal and state corporate and partnership tax engagements, with opportunities to support broader consulting and technical projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Train, mentor, and develop staff as part of the firm's leadership team.
- Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
- Review and/or prepare federal and state corporate and partnership income tax returns.
- Review and/or prepare ASC 740 income tax provisions.
- Assist with tax consulting and research involving domestic, state, and international topics.
- Support organizational growth through technical expertise and proactive client service.

Desired Skills & Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience preparing federal and state income tax returns.
- 1-2 years of tax return review experience.
- CPA license preferred.
- Experience with CCH Axcess and ProSystem fx Engagement.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
