What's the role?International Tax Managers are a key part of the business tax team responsible for managing client relationships while ensuring complex international tax compliance and consulting projects are produced and delivered within expected timelines. This includes:
- Preparing and reviewing international tax filings and reporting requirements.
- Advising clients on cross-border tax planning and compliance matters.
- Preparing and reviewing corporate and individual tax returns with international considerations.
- Assisting clients with foreign reporting requirements including foreign income, assets, and business interests.
- Building new and strengthening existing client relationships while demonstrating knowledge of global tax regulations and business operations.
- Communicating and meeting with clients as requested; providing recommendations to assist clients with international tax needs.
What experience and skills do I need to be successful?- 5+ years in a similar role within a public accounting firm.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting highly desired or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with international tax compliance, consulting, and planning.
- CPA certification highly desired or ability to attain.

What will my schedule look like?At MBE, you'll enjoy the challenge of meeting deadlines during tax season with up to 50-60 hours weeks and the remainder of the year work 30-40 hour weeks flexing the typical Monday-Friday 8a-5p schedule around any personal passions or family time. We also welcome part time and seasonal team members!
