The Opportunity

As a Tax Innovation - Product Management - Experienced Associate, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative software solutions and driving product innovation to meet the evolving needs of clients. Within our Tax practice, you will act as the general manager of commercial and internal products, sitting at the intersection of business, user experience, and technology to address customer and end-user challenges. Your role will involve designing, developing, and managing activities for specific products from definition and planning through production, release, and end of life.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. In this role, you will take ownership and consistently deliver quality work that drives value for our clients and success as a team. You will also have the opportunity to build a brand for yourself, opening doors to more opportunities within the firm.

Responsibilities

- Managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to release and end-of-life stages
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product strategies with business objectives
- Conducting customer needs analysis to inform product development and enhancements

What You Must Have

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $153,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
