Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a Task Manager to support our customer onsite in McLean, VA. Responsibilities include:

• Serve as theIMOfocal point for all internal and external taskings,coordinatewiththe Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Executive Operations staffandotherIMOgroupsto ensure alignment and avoid duplication.
• AssistIMO groups such as IMO/IRRG with FOIA search and review taskings to internal ODNI components,andIMO/RMG records managementtask requirements such asrecords control schedule reviewandCapstoneactionusing NCERTS.
• Supports Senior executive-led organizations at the Director level
• Receives tasking via multiple vehicles and systems
• Processes and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems
• Coordinates actions with proper element within the customer space, across the IC and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities
• Prepares training materials and written instructions (playbooks) on properly preparing and processing staff packages for their organization

Qualifications

Required:

• TS/SCI with Polygraphlevel clearance
• BS/BA with 8+ years; Masters and 6+ years; will consider an additional 4 years experience in lieu of BS/BA degree.
• Experience in the following is required:
  • Supporting Senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director level
  • Receiving tasks via multiple vehicles and systems
  • Processing and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems
  • Coordinating actions with proper element within the customer space, across the IC and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities

Desired:

• Experience supporting records management or information management

Target Salary Range$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individuals experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
