NS2 Mission is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed professional to join our team as a
Targeter in Reston, VA. In this role, you will conduct strategic, data-driven research to support and influence intelligence priorities, delivering actionable insights that drive mission success.
Key Responsibilities:- Apply advanced knowledge and expertise of operations, operational tradecraft, and intelligence priorities when providing strategic guidance and operational case management.
- Perform all-source intelligence research and analysis to document intelligence gaps and justifications for operations.
- Work directly with stakeholders to understand and document intelligence priorities and opportunities.
- Execute formal communications and approval milestones according to customer protocols.
Expected Travel: Up to 10%Required Qualifications: - 12 or more years of relevant experience, including some time spent in the foreign field.
- Prior experience in supporting intelligence operations and understanding of research and analysis methodologies in support of the intelligence life cycle.
- Ability to deal effectively, comfortably, and confidently with people at all levels of responsibility, authority, and rank.
- Exceptional character traits in organization, proactiveness, judgment, and punctuality.
- Demonstrated strength in written communication, especially writing cables and target packages.
- Experience with classified data repositories and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
Desired Qualifications:- Prior HUMINT or technical targeting experience
Position Clearance Requirement:TS/SCI with FSP
