Aperio Global is seeking a Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) to support our IC program in Fort Meade, Maryland. The Target Digital Network Analyst conducts advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads, ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information. Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis; develop comprehensive baseline profiles of designated target sets; identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps; employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints; apply knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions, as well as the targets' culture, behaviors, and communications technologies; and mentor other analysts on the tools and methodologies used to conduct TDNA.

Relevant experience includes:

-Prior demonstrated experience in the use of software applications and databases associated with network analysis and target development.
-Capable of running basic DNI and DNR queries to answer specific questions with existing tools.
-Can task own selectors with assistance of senior analysts.
-Able to evaluate leads for tasking and able to use appropriate tasking authorities.
-Possess a basic understanding internet protocols, digital telecommunications technologies, and internet routing.
-Possess a basic understanding of SIGINT collection.
-Capable of basic target discovery and collection triage

Education:

HS/GED with 6-11 years, or Associates with 4-9 years, or Bachelors with 2-7 years. Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) are preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.

Salary Range; 85k-145k
