Talent Strategy & Performance Lead

This is a role with real impact-one where you'll help shape how we attract, develop, and grow talent across the Firm. You'll partner closely with senior leadership and work alongside a highly collaborative HR team that genuinely values new ideas, thoughtful partnership, and continuous improvement.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys big-picture thinking but is just as comfortable rolling up their sleeves and diving into the details. You'll have the chance to design talent programs from the ground up, implement them in a meaningful way, and see the direct impact of your work across the organization.
What you'll do
• Reporting to the CHRO, you'll partner with leadership across the Firm to build and execute a firmwide talent strategy
• Design and implement programs across the full employee lifecycle-from recruiting through development and retention
• Lead high-potential and leadership development initiatives
• Build scalable, practical systems that help managers and teams succeed
• Use data and insights to continuously improve how we develop our people
