You are: A workforce reinvention strategist who balances thinking and doing. You know that the world is changing and that companies need to change too - connecting business and talent strategies at a global scale. You seek to understand client workforces and help them reinvent how work gets done-moving from analysis to action, from insight to implementation. You leverage AI and analytics to craft talent strategies and new skilling approaches that fit a client's unique needs. In fact, your experience in the field makes you a leader that people look to for advice while your people and storytelling skills mean you have no problem helping clients understand their choices.
As a Manager, you have proven experience to design and lead our best teams to solve complex workforce reinvention challenges-and you drive on-the-ground change, not just analyze it.
The work: - Use data and analytics to drive insights to shape experience led end to end Workforce Reinvention programs for Digital, Cloud, Enterprise Wide and Support Functions
- Manage project teams to use data collection and assessment tools for identifying AI and automation impact on roles, task-level opportunities for Human+Machine collaboration, and transformation pathways at the organization and individual level and the web of associated changes that power these impacts to create meaningful organizational value
- Manage project teams to craft workforce reinvention strategies that highlight future role and work implications for the enterprise, business function and workforce
- Collaborate with Ecosystem Alliance Partners using Gen AI, agentic AI, and automation technologies to design solutions that reshape how work gets done across human and machine workers
- Work with clients and use data to identify how roles must evolve, what work should shift to machines, and what uniquely human capabilities to build and why for each direction
- Design AI-enabled operating models where humans focus on judgment, creativity, and exceptions while machines handle routine processing and pattern recognition
- Co-create and support enterprise-wide reinvention conversations that connect workforce transformation to business strategy and value creation
- Design and drive change programs that move organizations from analysis to action-helping leaders adopt new ways of working and manage blended human-machine teams
- Lead authentically and with a people-first mindset that fosters inclusivity and celebrates diversity. Mentor team members, providing them with experiences to continually learn and grow
- Manage and support business development efforts, including Statements of Work (SOW), proposal development, and client presentations
- Contribute to practice development initiatives including culture building, internal community involvement, capability development, recruiting, and whitepapers
Travel: This role typically requires 50-80% travel to client sites, with flexibility based on project needs and client preferences.
Here's what you need: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in four or more of the following areas:
- Talent & Workforce Analytics
- Strategic Workforce Planning
- Talent Management Lifecycle
- AI-Enabled Workforce Transformation/Reinvention
- Digital and Cloud Workforce Transformation
- Functional Workforce Transformations (i.e.; IT, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing)
- Minimum of 6 years of consulting experience or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience developing talent strategies and transformational programs
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in cross functional teams composed of Strategy, Consulting, Technology and Outsourcing practices
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with AI and automation technologies (Gen AI, agentic AI, RPA, intelligent automation) and their application to workforce transformation and operating model redesign
- Minimum of 2 years of high-tech industry experience
Bonus points if: - Experience in other related areas such as Design Thinking, Human Centered Design, Employee Experience, Transformational Change Management, Culture Change, and/or Agile Organization Development
- MBA or graduate-level degree in Business, Organization Development, or related field
- Experience leading AI adoption programs, organizational change for automation, or Human+Machine operating model design
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Proficiency with data visualization applications (Tableau, PowerBI)
- Proficiency with AI enabled capabilities (i.e.; OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) including context drafting and prompt engineering and design)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
