Role SummaryThe US & Canada Talent Specialist supports the implementation, and execution of enterprise talent programs and processes that enable business performance and organizational growth. As a member of the Talent Management Center of Excellence (CoE), this role serves as a key operational partner to Talent Management program owners, supporting the execution, administration, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise talent initiatives. The Talent Specialist partners with HR Business Partners, Talent & Learning advisors, Learning, to drive talent management initiatives. The role helps ensure consistent execution and administration of talent programs through operational excellence, analytics, stakeholder coordination, and process support.
This position can be remotely located within the United States.
Key Responsibilities Talent Management
- Support Talent Management program owners with the execution of enterprise talent management processes, including onboarding, enterprise surveys, engagement, talent reviews, succession planning, team effectiveness and performance.
- Partner with Talent Management program owners to coordinate program execution, maintain process documentation, monitor milestones, support governance activities, and ensure consistent delivery across regions and functions.
- Coordinate talent activities and ensure consistency across functions and regions.
- Maintain talent profiles, succession plans, and development data within talent systems.
- Monitor talent health indicators and identify areas of risk or opportunity.
- Track succession readiness, bench strength, and development progress.
- Partner with Talent leaders and HR stakeholders to ensure succession actions are monitored and completed.
- Prepare succession reports, dashboards, and executive-level insights leveraging provided templates.
Talent Insights
- Create reports and analyses to identify workforce trends, talent gaps, and capability needs.
- Monitor and validate talent data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of talent records, succession plans, talent review outcomes, and program reporting.
- Leverage global program guidance to translate workforce and talent data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Talent Operations & Governance
- Deliver on global project plans, timelines, communications, and stakeholder coordination for Talent CoE initiatives in region/function they support.
- Ensure talent processes, tools, and documentation are maintained and updated.
- Maintain program documentation, process guides, templates, reporting tools, and communication materials to support talent program delivery.
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, testing efforts, stakeholder communications, and implementation support for Talent CoE initiatives.
- Support governance activities, process improvements, and change management efforts.
- Ensure compliance with applicable talent policies and data privacy requirements.
- Research and resolve issues that may impact day-to-day talent operations; troubleshoots issues from updates, new implementations, configurations, etc.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Partners, Learning CoE, and business leaders to support talent priorities.
- Provide consultation and support regarding talent processes, timelines, and tools.
- Facilitate talent program communications and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Promote consistency and adoption of enterprise talent practices across the organization.
- Support talent technology platforms by performing testing, validating system updates, troubleshooting issues, maintaining documentation, and partnering with HR Technology teams on enhancements.
Qualifications & Requirements - Experience in Talent Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or related disciplines.
- Experience supporting enterprise Talent Management programs, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, engagement, onboarding, workforce planning, or related talent processes.
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with program owners and cross-functional stakeholders to execute enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Experience working in a matrixed, global organization preferred.
- Knowledge of / Experience with ServiceNow help desk and ticket resolution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Copilot
- Strong learning agility with technology; quickly learns new applications and tools.
- Strong time management skills: able to organize and execute tasks and activities with urgency and deliver on time.
- Is detail-oriented and highly organized, strong ability to multi-task.
- Strong collaboration skills: ability to work cross-functionally, globally and with remote teams.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills.
The salary range for this role is $80,000-$95,000. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
