Job Description
A large public-sector organization is seeking a Talent Operations Manager to lead and strengthen pre-boarding and onboarding operations for a high-volume, decentralized workforce. This role reports to senior HR leadership and combines hands-on execution with people leadership to ensure a consistent, high-quality new-hire experience.

The Manager will directly oversee a Talent Operations Specialist and work closely with an HR Generalist supporting onboarding activities. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys improving processes while remaining actively involved in day-to-day operations.

City of Boston residency is required. Candidates must live in a Boston zip code.

Key Responsibilities
