Job Description:Talent Operations CoordinatorShape the Employee Experience. Drive Operations Excellence. In this role, you'll support every stage of the employee lifecycle-from onboarding and HR operations to Workday administration, recruiting support, and compliance. You'll partner across the firm to ensure our HR processes run smoothly while providing outstanding service to employees, managers, and business leaders.
What You'll Do- Manage employee lifecycle transactions in Workday, including hires, promotions, transfers, organizational changes, and terminations.
- Serve as a trusted Workday resource by providing system support, troubleshooting, training, and process documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding, new hire orientation, offboarding, and employment verifications.
- Support recruiting operations by managing background checks, contingent worker onboarding, staffing agency agreements, and recruiting administration.
- Maintain HR data integrity, personnel records, and compliance with employment laws and firm policies, including I-9 and E-Verify processes.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support business decisions and continuous improvement.
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Partner with HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Technology, and Operations on process improvements and People & Culture initiatives.
What You'll Bring- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three or more years of experience in HR Operations, Talent Operations, HRIS, or a related field.
- Experience administering Workday.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and the employee lifecycle.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding customer service, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with HR compliance, including I-9, E-Verify, FLSA, EEO, and employment law.
- Familiarity with contingent workforce programs, staffing agency management, and background screening processes.
- Support of global HR operations.
- Background in a professional services or legal environment.

The listed compensation range reflects the typical pay for this role, though it is rare for new hires to receive an offer at the top of the range. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
San Diego compensation range: $82,180.00 to $122,100.00 annually
