As Talent Manager, Corporate Recruiting, you'll own full-cycle recruiting across a portfolio of corporate roles, partnering with hiring managers to define what great looks like, identify strategic talent pools, engage high-quality candidates, and guide searches from kickoff through offer.

You'll create a high-touch, not-normal candidate experience at every step. That means thoughtful communication, relationship-building, and making sure every candidate leaves the process as a fan of VEG, regardless of the outcome.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Search Strategy: Develop and execute search strategies that connect each role to VQ's hiring goals. Translate role needs into clear talent approaches, sourcing plans, and candidate pipelines with guidance from VQ Recruiting leadership.
  • Search Excellence: Drive searches with clarity, care, and consistency from launch through final decision. Keep candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders moving through a high-touch, seamless process.
  • Hiring Manager Enablement: Equip and support hiring managers with best practices, tools, interview guidance, calibration support, and structured feedback rhythms to ensure a consistent, effective, and high-quality hiring process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional partners to support hiring needs and build strong working relationships across the organization to support talent decisions.
  • Talent Insights and Metrics: Use recruiting systems, candidate feedback, market signals, and search learnings to track progress, surface risks, and improve the searches you support.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain strong Greenhouse, Gem, and Workday hygiene, manage search logistics with urgency, and contribute practical improvements to templates, sourcing approaches, interview plans, candidate communications, and hiring rhythms as gaps surface.

  • Strong client service mindset, with the ability to build relationships, understand hiring needs, and deliver a thoughtful candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Passion for Talent and creative ways of finding, attracting, assessing, and engaging candidates.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches, priorities, and confidential information at once.
  • Energetic, motivated, self-starter who can deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment where priorities and processes continue to evolve.
  • Familiarity with social media, professional networks, outbound sourcing, referrals, and market mapping.
  • 4 days in office required; HQ located in White Plains, NY.
