We are seeking an innovative and strategic analytics leader to help shape the future of talent decisions across our Technology & Operations workforce. In this high-impact role, you will design and scale a next-generation talent intelligence ecosystem-connecting data, programs, and insights to unlock workforce potential, accelerate development, and enable smarter, faster decisions. You will partner closely with HR, business leaders, and technology teams to deliver actionable insights that drive internal mobility, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
Responsibilities
• Design and operationalize a centralized talent intelligence framework that integrates workforce data, development activity, and program outcomes to enable strategic decision-making.
• Build scalable dashboards and data models that provide real-time visibility into talent development, skill progression, and program effectiveness.
• Deliver executive-ready insights that inform workforce planning, talent pipelines, and internal mobility strategies.
• Lead the strategy and optimization of development matching platforms (e.g., mentoring, job shadowing, talent marketplace), improving match quality, participation, and outcomes.
• Enable data-driven talent targeting by developing tools and approaches that support objective, insight-based program nominations.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, program leaders, and technology teams to translate business needs into impactful analytics solutions and data products.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and workflows to enhance insights generation, scenario modeling, and user experience for leaders.
• Continuously improve data quality, integration, and measurement approaches to ensure scalable and reliable reporting.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce planning, product analytics, data strategy, or a related field.
• Experience working with AI-enabled analytics tools and building agentic capabilities.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable insights, dashboards, and data products.
• Experience working with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and analytics tools such as Power BI, Visier, or SQL.
• Demonstrated experience building dashboards, data models, and measurement frameworks that support decision-making.
• Understanding of data integration concepts, data quality, and scalable reporting.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and present complex data clearly.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with talent marketplace platforms, mentoring programs, or skills-based talent models.
• Experience working in large, matrixed organizations and partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics tools and advanced workforce insights techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 98,200 - 163,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
