In this role, you'll help shape the moments that matter, from manager feedback and career conversations to leadership development and internal mobility. You'll use data and insight to connect talent initiatives with real business outcomes, while also championing equity, growth, and inclusion across the employee experience.

You'll collaborate with thoughtful, driven teammates in People & Culture, as well as with leaders across every function of the business. Whether supporting emerging talent or guiding senior leaders through development planning, your work will make a meaningful difference every day.

As a Talent Enablement Senior Lead, if you're excited by the challenge of helping people unlock their potential and want to build a career at the intersection of culture, strategy, and growth, this is a place where your ideas and impact will truly be seen.

The Talent Enablement Senior Lead serves as a strategic partner across the business, aligning Talent Enablement efforts with enterprise goals. You'll lead complex projects and influence the design of talent frameworks that shape PMG's future.

What You Will Do
  • Align Talent Enablement and Learning & Development programs to PMG's strategic direction, ensuring every initiative connects to business goals and supports an empowered, future-ready workforce.
  • Partner with People & Culture and business leaders to shape and execute talent strategies that drive growth, leadership effectiveness, and organizational capability.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and frontline managers to strengthen their leadership style, build inclusive teams, and navigate evolving business challenges with confidence.
  • Own Talent Enablement programs and processes end-to-end, from design and build through rollout, execution, and ongoing iteration; bringing clarity, momentum, and measurable outcomes to every effort, and leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Champion change management across Talent Enablement initiatives, designing thoughtful communication, engagement, and adoption strategies that help employees and leaders embrace new programs, tools, and ways of working with confidence.
  • Use data and talent analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent programs, inform enhancements, and translate insights into clear, actionable strategies.
  • Apply a hypothesis-driven approach to uncover opportunities across the full talent lifecycle, from onboarding and performance to leadership development and retention.
  • Assess and enhance the impact of existing Talent Enablement programs, analyzing cost, reach, and key performance metrics to guide future investments.
  • Design and implement comprehensive talent enablement frameworks that serve employees at all levels, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Ensure talent strategies and initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and responsive to evolving talent needs across functions and geographies.
  • Use AI, automation, and technology to elevate the quality and efficiency of work, streamline processes, and enable faster, more informed decision-making.

What You Will Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Enablement, Learning & Development, or a related discipline, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Deep experience designing and executing scalable talent programs that support employee growth, onboarding, and upskilling across functions.
  • Proven ability to manage programs and processes end-to-end, taking ownership from initial design through build, launch, execution, and continuous improvement.
  • Advanced proficiency with LMS platforms, learning technologies, and content development tools to deliver engaging and impactful enablement strategies.
  • Working knowledge of change management principles and frameworks, with the ability to guide teams and leaders through transitions, build buy-in, and sustain adoption of new programs, tools, and ways of working.
  • Ability to translate organizational priorities into actionable talent initiatives, using performance data and feedback to inform program improvements.
  • Skill at collaborating with senior stakeholders to align enablement strategies with business needs, talent development goals, and culture-building efforts.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with a passion for empowering others through inclusive, learner-centered experiences.
  • A commitment to curiosity and adaptability as a Continual Learner, staying at the forefront of innovation while prioritizing a Customer-Focused mindset that seeks opportunities to deliver meaningful value.
  • A dedication to People-Focused leadership, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth by Leading by Example and nurturing strong relationships that empower others to excel.
