Talent Development ManagerAs the
Talent Development Manager, you'll own leadership development, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and mentorship programs while partnering closely with leaders to strengthen performance and internal mobility.
What You'll Do- Design and lead leadership development programs
- Own and manage the company-wide IDP process
- Coach leaders on development conversations and growth planning
- Build and oversee mentorship programs
- Identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions
- Track results like IDP completion, promotions, and engagement

What We're Looking For- 5-8 years of experience in talent or leadership development
- Strong coaching, facilitation, and partnership skills
- Experience building scalable development programs
- Data-driven mindset with a practical, hands-on approach
