Position SummaryThis role acts as an end-to-end learning partner, combining instructional design, program facilitation, consulting. You will collaborate with stakeholders to build impactful leadership and professional skills training, handle session logistics, and continuously evaluate data to drive employee development and organizational success.
Role and ResponsibilitiesHere's What You'll Be Responsible For:- Dynamic Facilitation: Lead highly interactive workshops and training sessions focused on professional and leadership development. Assess participant comprehension in real-time and adjust delivery to maximize learning and engagement.
- Instructional Design & Content Creation: Translate broad organizational needs into engaging learning materials. Design and maintain facilitator guides, participant materials, and training exercises using established instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Stakeholder & HR Collaboration: Partner closely with HR business partners, subject matter experts (SMEs), and business leaders to ensure training programs align with broader company strategies. Act as a trusted advisor to provide guidance on professional development opportunities.
- Program Management & Administration: Oversee all logistical and administrative requirements, including session scheduling, preparation, and post-training follow-up.
- Evaluation & Continuous Improvement: Analyze participant evaluations and track learning trends. Use these insights to refine course materials, measure training effectiveness, and implement strategic improvements.
Skills and QualificationsHere's what you'll need:- 4 Years Corporate Facilitation Experience: Proven track record delivering interactive leadership and professional skills workshops to diverse employee audiences.
- Instructional Design Expertise: Strong knowledge of adult learning principles to design and update training guides.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate closely with HR partners, subject matter experts, and business leaders to align training with company strategy.
- End-to-End Program Management: Experience handling training logistics, including scheduling, administrative tasks, and session preparation.
- Data Analysis & Evaluation: Skills in analyzing course evaluations and learning trends to improve training impact.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or related field or equivalent combination of 4+ years' experience in learning and development.
The current base salary range for this role is between $65,000 - $135,000. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
