Description & Requirements

As a strategic member of our global team, you will design and develop integrated talent development solutions that empower people and teams to perform at their best. You will shape enterprise-wide capability building by designing learning ecosystems that are inclusive, digitally enabled, and both globally scalable and locally relevant.

You'll collaborate across geographies to enable a leadership culture that is globally cohesive, locally relevant, and future-ready-empowering our people to lead with purpose and impact.

We'll Trust You To:

  • Serve as a strategic partner to HR and business leaders to build the business case for new talent development solutions and co-create strategies aligned to future capabilities and business priorities.
  • Architect and deliver innovative, human-centered learning journeys that build readiness across all levels, leveraging digital, blended, experiential and AI-enabled modalities to drive personalized development.
  • Drive end-to-end program development lifecycle, maintaining accountability for every stage: from discovery and needs analysis to design and testing, global implementation, and post-launch optimization of content.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning, coaching, and feedback to embed leadership as a shared responsibility.
  • Apply systems thinking to integrate development with enterprise talent strategies, such as succession planning, inclusion, and performance enablement.
  • Independently design and develop high-impact content and "flow of work" tools, ranging from digital assets, custom GPTs, and experiential workshops, while also leading collaborative design sprints within a global working team.
  • Lead the facilitation of pilot launches to validate design and maintain selective facilitation presence to stay connected to the learner experience and support regional delivery teams.
  • Leverage psychometrics, 360 assessments, and real-time feedback tools to enable self-awareness, growth, and high-impact development.
  • Partner with regional Talent Delivery teams and Talent & Inclusion Partners to localize content while maintaining global consistency and measurable outcomes.
  • Build measurement strategies to track and evaluate learning impact, identifying data and feedback loops that move beyond satisfaction scores and demonstrate the commercial value of talent investments.
  • Stay continuously informed of research and trends in adult learning, behavioral science, and AI-enablement to lead creative, evidence-based approaches to talent development.
  • Strategically source global vendors, consultants, and thought leaders to ensure external solutions meet standards for impact and scalability.

You'll Need to Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in learning or leadership development, organizational development, or talent development in complex, global organizations.
  • Proven ability to design and scale leadership and learning programs for diverse cohorts (individual contributors to leader-of-leaders) that drive business outcomes.
  • Advanced proficiency in modern instructional design tools and modalities, including AI-enabled solutions, with a portfolio that demonstrates both independent creative output and team-based projects.
  • Skilled in adult learning, behavioral science, and modern instructional design practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with stakeholders at all levels, balancing strategic insight with pragmatic execution.
  • The ability to pivot seamlessly between strategic program design, hands-on content creation, and working collaboratively as a member of a cross-functional global team.
  • Strong program and project management skills, with ability to manage cross-functional partners and dynamic timelines, milestones, and reporting of progress.
  • Substantial experience with digital learning platforms, analytics, and measurement frameworks.

We'd love to see

  • Experience with AI upskilling and adoption strategies, particularly in helping leaders and teams navigate the transition to AI-enabled workflows.
  • Adept at utilizing generative AI to optimize instructional design workflows and architecting learning experiences that leverage AI to provide real-time, personalized support within the flow of work.
  • Strong facilitation and storytelling skills, with the adaptability to lead virtual or in-person cohorts for all employee levels.
  • A deep commitment to inclusion and a track record of integrating Inclusion principles into leadership development strategies.
  • Growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and adaptability in the face of ambiguity and change.
