About the opportunity

The Talent Business Partner is a key member of the Human Resources team, responsible for executing the end-to-end talent lifecycle for the Propelled Brands platform. This role focuses on identifying high-caliber candidates for shared services and brand-support functions, ensuring a seamless integration through onboarding, and driving continuous professional development. By leveraging Rippling as our primary HRIS, this individual ensures that our talent processes are efficient, data-driven, and supportive of our multi-brand growth strategy.

This position reports to the Senior Director of Human Resources and partners with the HR Business Partner, Director of HR Operations, and HR Operations Manager. Candidates must reside in Dallas, Texas, and be willing to work in the office 3 or more days a week.

Successful candidates are energized by variety and ready to lend their expertise to a wide range of HR initiatives and tasks.

How you will make a difference

  • Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment process for specialized platform roles, from strategic sourcing and candidate screening to offer negotiation and closing.
  • Onboarding Excellence: Facilitate a comprehensive onboarding journey that integrates new hires into the Shared Services model, ensuring they understand the platform's mission and their specific impact.
  • Learning & Development (L&D): Identify internal skill gaps and deliver targeted training programs focused on leadership, technical proficiency, and professional growth.
  • Rippling Utilization: Serve as a functional power-user of the Rippling HRIS and ATS modules to maintain accurate candidate data, automate workflows, and pull performance and learning analytics.
  • Talent Development: Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to manage high potential development plans for emerging talent.
  • Employer Branding: Represent Propelled Brands at industry events and online platforms to build a proactive pipeline of top-tier talent.


A strong candidate will have

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, or Learning and Development.
  • Previous experience in a Shared Services, Private Equity, or multi-brand platform environment is preferred..
  • Proven experience using Rippling or similar high-growth HRIS/ATS platforms.

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to advise leadership on talent trends and organizational health.
  • Proficiency in modern HRIS platforms (Rippling preferred) to drive process efficiency.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
