The Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter assists with the Bank's recruitment activities, including professional, undergraduate, and graduate hiring, summer employment programs, the employee referral program, and the internal job posting process. Engages in core recruiting responsibilities such as sourcing candidates, building diverse and effective talent pipelines, conducting initial candidate outreach, and supporting early-stage screening and selection activities. Effectively markets the Bank's unique opportunities through various sourcing and networking channels.

You will also support and enhance the Bank's onboarding experience by coordinating and facilitating new hire orientation and organizing events designed to help new employees acclimate and feel connected. Builds and maintains strong relationships across and outside the organization while driving overall operational efficiency within Talent Acquisition to ensure smooth, consistent, and high-quality execution of daily hiring and onboarding operations.

How You'll Make an Impact as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter:

• Collaborate proactively with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to clarify role requirements, team needs, and create effective sourcing strategies for assigned requisitions.
• Support end-to-end recruiting activities for designated roles, ensuring a smooth and well-coordinated process from sourcing through offer execution.
• Source, engage, and screen candidates using multiple recruiting tools to build inclusive and effective pipelines and support early stage interviewing activities.
• Manage requisitions and recruiting workflow in Workday, ensuring accurate posting, candidate movement, dispositioning, and completion of offer and onboarding actions.
• Prepare and distribute offer letters, coordinating with rewards & recognition, finance, screening, and compliance teams to ensure all necessary information is collected and verified.
• Lead new hire orientation, creating a welcoming, informative, and engaging onboarding experience for incoming employees.
• Proactively provide operational and administrative support across Talent Acquisition, ensuring high-quality execution of recruiting and onboarding processes while maintaining accurate, up-to-date information on Talent Acquisition resources within the Bank's intranet.
• Ensure full compliance with Bank policies, practices, guidelines, and procedures, as well as Federal and State Laws
• Provide recruiting analytics and reporting, including key talent acquisition metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, application volume, and other data that support informed decision-making

The Unique Skill Sets We're Looking For:

• Demonstrated experience supporting Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or other related work in a client-facing or operational capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and workflows with accuracy, organization, and timely follow-through.
• Experience with Workday or other Applicant Tracking System a plus
• Shows enthusiasm for growing within Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, contributing curiosity, professionalism, and a desire to expand our capabilities.
• Demonstrates strong collaboration skills and builds productive relationships with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
• Takes initiative and proactively supports recruiting and operational activities with consistent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Adapts quickly to shifting priorities and organizational needs, maintaining a flexible and solution-oriented approach in a dynamic environment.

Salary Range: $70200 - $105000/ year
