Talent Acquisition & Programs Leader

The Talent Acquisition & Programs Leader plays a critical role in ensuring Croda attracts, selects, and develops world-class talent to deliver our purpose - Smart science to improve lives™. This role leads end-to-end recruitment for supervisory through executive-level positions while owning key talent programs including early careers, immigration, and relocation. The role partners closely with senior leaders and HR colleagues to build future-ready leadership pipelines aligned to Croda's values of Responsible, Innovative, and Together.

This position is accountable for delivering a high-quality, inclusive, and compliant talent acquisition experience that strengthens Croda's employer brand and supports sustainable business growth.

What You'll Be Doing:

Strategic Talent Acquisition:

Lead and deliver Croda's recruitment strategy for supervisory, management, senior leadership, executive, and skilled technical roles across corporate, commercial, R&D, engineering, operations, and manufacturing functions, including proactively identifying and securing talent pipelines through apprenticeship funding programs and strategic partnerships with universities, colleges, and technical institutions.

Partner with Regional Leadership Teams, HR Business Partners, and hiring leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into proactive talent acquisition strategies.

Drive leadership and specialist technical search activity, ensuring a robust and diverse pipeline of leadership and critical technical talent.

Ensure recruitment practices are inclusive, data-driven, and fully compliant with employment and immigration legislation.

Early Talent & Graduate Programs:

Own and continuously improve regional early talent programs including graduate, internship, and apprentice schemes.

Immigration & Relocation:

Lead immigration and relocation activities ensuring a seamless, compliant, and positive employee experience.

Employer Brand & Candidate Experience:

Participate in the design, optimization, and continuous improvement of onboarding programs leveraging ATS, onboarding platforms, and analytics to enable optimal time-to-fill and time-to-productivity.

Inclusion:

Partner with DEI team(s) to build culture that values diversity and inclusion. Apply analytics to prepare required report. Incorporate Inclusion strategy and learning into the interview process with managers and other stakeholders.

Operate as part of the broader HR team to support ongoing regional and global projects and programs during a period of rapid transformation.

Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Familiarity with talent assessment tools and methodologies (e.g., Korn Ferry).

Minimum 4 years of direct experience in talent acquisition and/or talent programs.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.

Strong data analytics capability; able to interpret recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, quality of hire) and use insights to drive continuous improvement.

Ability to design and deliver end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding programs using an ATS, company systems, and AI-enabled tools.

Additional Information:

This is a hybrid position based at our Princeton, NJ site.

Annual Base Salary Range: $100,000 to $150,000.

This range reflects the base salary the company reasonably expects to pay for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience, education, and skill level. Additional compensation, such as annual bonuses or other incentives, may be offered based on eligibility and company policies.
