ABOUT THE ROLEAs the Talent Acquisition Partner - Manufacturing, you'll own full-cycle recruiting for our Florence, KY manufacturing site, supporting both high-volume hourly hiring and ongoing recruitment for manufacturing support and operations positions.
This role requires someone who is equally comfortable hiring volume operators for multiple shifts as they are recruiting manufacturing roles such as Quality, Trainers, Production Supervisors, and other manufacturing operations professionals.
You'll work side-by-side with Operations, HR, and business leaders to anticipate hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and ensure we always have the talent needed to support production.
Success in this role requires creativity, urgency, strong relationship-building skills, and a hands-on approach to recruiting in a manufacturing environment.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING- Own full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and operations roles from intake through offer acceptance.
- Lead high-volume hiring initiatives for Manufacturing Production workers supporting 24/7 manufacturing operations.
- Recruit exempt and non-exempt manufacturing support roles
- Partner closely with Operations leaders and HR to understand production forecasts, workforce planning, and hiring priorities.
- Build creative sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, referrals, social media, community organizations, workforce agencies, technical schools, and local partnerships.
- Coordinate and participate in hiring events, job fairs, walk-in interviews, and community recruiting activities.
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and guide hiring managers through the selection process.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first interaction through onboarding.
- Maintain accurate recruiting data and pipeline reporting within ATS (Lever)
- Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, source effectiveness, and hiring funnel health.
- Partner with HR and Operations to continuously improve hiring processes and onboarding.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on interviewing, market conditions, compensation trends, and recruiting best practices.
- Support employer branding initiatives that strengthen Bright Machines' reputation as an employer of choice within the local manufacturing community.
WHAT WE WANT TO SEE- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, industrial, or similar environments.
- Experience leading high-volume hourly recruiting.
- Experience recruiting exempt and non-exempt positions.
- Strong sourcing skills across multiple recruiting channels.
- Experience coordinating hiring events and community recruiting initiatives.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (Lever experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

$80,000 - $115,000 a year
