In this high-impact role, you'll partner closely with sales and business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top-performing talent. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle while serving as a strategic advisor-bringing insights on the market, competitive talent trends, and how to win top candidates in a highly competitive sales environment.
What You Will Do- Lead full-cycle recruiting for revenue-generating roles, including business development, sales, and growth-focused positions
- Partner closely with sales leaders to understand hiring needs, pipeline goals, and the profiles that drive performance
- Act as a trusted advisor by sharing market intelligence, compensation insights, and competitive hiring strategies
- Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-performing, quota-carrying talent
- Develop strong pipelines of passive candidates through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience that reflects our brand and engages top sales talent
- Support workforce planning and hiring strategies tied directly to business growth and revenue goals
- Maintain accurate candidate activity and pipeline data within Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Ensure all recruiting practices align with federal, state, and industry regulations
- Continuously bring forward ideas to improve how we attract and hire top sales talent
What You Need to Have- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on sales, business development, or revenue-generating roles
- Proven success hiring high-performing, quota-carrying sales talent in competitive markets
- Strong ability to partner with sales leaders and influence hiring decisions
- Demonstrated strength in sourcing and engaging passive candidates within sales organizations
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to build pipelines
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to track pipeline health and hiring performance
- Experience in corporate and/or agency recruiting environments
- Experience recruiting across multiple U.S. locations
- Financial services or other regulated industry experience preferred
Compensation:The base salary range for this role is $85,000 to $95,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Salary range may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
