About the Role: As a CBRE Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for finding the most qualified and diverse candidates to join the company.
This job is a part of the Talent Acquisition functional area which focuses on the sourcing, recruiting, screening, and interviewing of talent for all job levels within the company.
What You'll Do: - Develop, manage, and administer recruitment programs and advertising.
- Source from a variety of social media platforms and networks to identify top talent.
- Support both internal/external sourcing and placement of candidates.
- Assist with making recommendations for recruitment enhancements.
- Educate managers and employees on staffing processes, regulatory compliance, and career planning.
- Track staffing processes and recruiting efforts to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Recruit for entry-level to Sr level roles. Assist with the recruitment of high-level and executive-level roles.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
- Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
- Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
- Work within broad guidelines and policies.
- Explain difficult or sensitive information.
What You'll Need: - Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
- Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
- Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the TA Partner position is $80,000.00 annually [or $38.46 per hour] and the maximum salary for the TA Partner position is $85,000.00 annually [or $40.87 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
