Responsibilities

Are you passionate about connecting exceptional talent with exciting career opportunities? We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to spearhead our recruitment initiatives and manage full-cycle hiring for diverse business units across the United States. This role is pivotal in shaping our organization's future by sourcing, screening, and hiring best-in-class talent while being a true partner to the business.

This position will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and will assist with special projects involving employer branding, technology enhancements, and process improvement as needed, being part of a team that makes a difference across the United States.

This is a hybrid position located in Richmond, VA or Houston, TX.

As a part of the team, you will:

  • Consult with hiring managers on business needs and assist with defining criteria for ideal hires
  • Create compelling and detailed job postings, and promote openings through social media and other channels
  • Source, attract, and engage top-tier candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events and employee referrals
  • Disposition candidates within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in accordance with OFCCP guidelines
  • Make recommendations and provide guidance during the interview process
  • Serve as a main point-of-contact for applicants, setting and adhering to clear timeline expectations
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate’s skills, experience and cultural fit
  • Manage the offer extension process, ensuring all necessary documentation and internal approvals are in place
  • Utilize data to drive conversation and continuous improvement in the hiring process and serve as a main point-of-contact teammates and hiring managers regarding our recruitment technologies
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and labor market dynamics to remain competitive at attracting talent

What you know

You have a Bachelor’s Degree, at least 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience and:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and vocabulary
  • Expertise in using ATS, recruitment software, and social media platforms for sourcing and engagement; Prior Workday experience a plus
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
  • Experience in college recruitment, including developing and executing campus recruitment strategies, building relationships with academic institutions, and engaging with student organizations and career services
  • A genuine passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience
  • Ability to quickly build consultative relationships with hiring managers and drive a timely hiring process
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Proactive sourcing experience through LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
  • A knack for process improvement
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 15% of the time
