  • Future-Proofing TA: Stay current on emerging technology trends, specifically the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) in recruiting (e.g., automated screening, sourcing bots, interview scheduling). Develop proposals and business cases for adopting high-impact AI tools.
  • Change Management: Design and execute comprehensive change management, training, and documentation plans for the successful adoption of all new systems and feature updates across the TA team and stakeholders.
3. Analytics & Strategy
  • Metrics and Reporting: Develop, maintain, and automate key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards and operational reports across the entire recruiting funnel (e.g., time-to-hire, source-of-hire, conversion rates, candidate experience scores, diversity metrics).
  • Data Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses on recruiting performance data to identify trends, root causes of inefficiencies, and areas for strategic intervention.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable strategic recommendations for TA leadership and recruiting teams to improve quality of hire, speed, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Forecasting: Assist in workforce planning and forecasting by providing data-driven insights on anticipated hiring needs and capacity.
