• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to influence peers and senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and capacity to manage shifting priorities.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, or Modernloop.
