Title:Talent Acquisition Manager
Job Description:Compensation: $130,000-$150,000 per yearJob OverviewThe Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of the strategic and operational recruiting strategy for the company. This individual will partner with Senior Leadership and colleagues to determine key hiring needs and sourcing strategies. This position oversees the daily operations of the recruiting department and onboarding experience.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.
- Collaborate and partner with department managers to identify future staffing needs
- Update current and design new recruiting procedures
- Develop and maintain contacts with employment agencies and other sources of applicants
- Manage and maintain data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, hires, promotions, and overall department KPI's
- Recruit and interview candidate for executive level open positions and develop network of passive candidates for future opportunities
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
- Utilize, adhere, and train employees on recruitment systems, policies, procedures, tools, and templates to ensure streamlined, effective, and high-quality services are delivered, with regular recruitment metrics and reporting on progress
- Provide status updates and reports to give visibility of performance to the TA team and hiring managers on a weekly basis
- Assist with mentoring/coaching other team members as needed
- Other tasks as assigned
- Travel to support recruiting events as needed

Education and/ or Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or a related field from a four-year college or university with 3-5 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: May be required to have a valid driver's license.
Supervisory ResponsibilitiesCarries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; performance evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Ensure employees are properly trained on tasks and safety requirements.
