Full Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Manager leads the strategy and execution of recruiting across both corporate and field operations. This role is responsible for building and maintaining a quality talent pipeline, ensuring efficient and consistent hiring processes, and delivering data-driven insights to support business growth. The Talent Acquisition Manager partners closely with senior leadership, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to align hiring strategies with workforce needs, while managing a high-performing recruiting team and driving continuous process improvement.

Major Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies across corporate and field functions.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team; set expectations and drive accountability for results, service delivery, and stakeholder partnership.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruiting execution and ensure consistent, efficient, and compliant hiring processes across departments and regions.
  • Manage recruiting metrics, reporting cadence, and workforce insights; translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Partner with HR leadership and field operations to conduct root cause analysis on districts with staffing risks, identify drivers of vacancies and hiring challenges, and develop targeted action plans.
  • Partner with Training, Communications, and Marketing teams to support employer branding initiatives; provide recruiting insights and help align external messaging with hiring needs.
  • Manage recruiting vendors, ATS utilization, and recruiting budget tracking.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and business leaders on hiring strategy, prioritization, and process improvement.
  • Ensure recruiting practices comply with company policies and regulatory requirements and maintain audit-ready processes and documentation.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
