WHAT YOU'LL DO- Lead and support a team of recruiters
- Partner with leaders to meet hiring goals
- Track recruiting metrics and spot opportunities to improve
- Help evolve recruiting analytics (Tableau experience a plus)
- Support recruitment marketing and digital sourcing efforts
- Build relationships with community and workforce partners
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR- Recruiting leadership experience or readiness for your next step
- A track record of hitting hiring goals
- Interest or experience in analytics, dashboards, or BI tools
- Comfort with digital recruiting and social media
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a builder mindset
- ATS experience (UKG/Ultipro a plus)
