  • Lead recruitment modernization initiatives focused on process improvement, automation, reporting, and candidate experience
  • Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking, market mapping, and proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent
  • Monitor recruitment performance metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline activity, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring trends
  • Support employer branding, campus partnerships, referral programs, and recruitment marketing initiatives across the business
  • Ensure recruitment practices remain compliant with provincial and federal employment standards while supporting a consistent national hiring process
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership by identifying workforce challenges, market trends, and opportunities to improve hiring performance across the organization

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience utilizing ATS, HRIS, reporting tools, and recruitment technologies
  • Organized, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
