Full Job Description
Isaac is growing quickly, and this is an opportunity to be a key driver of that growth. As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play an important role in driving recruitment efforts across our head office and consulting teams, helping to build out strong, diverse talent pipelines. This role will require a mix of relationship-building, creativity in sourcing, and an ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process effectively. While we have a flexible working environment, the successful candidate should expect to spend an average of at least three days a week in person at our Liberty Village office.
