Chipton-Ross is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner 3 for a remote contract opportunity.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)- Minimum 2 years related recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment with a bachelor's degree. An additional 4 years of experience can be used in lieu of degree.
- Experience hiring leadership level roles in support of high-level executives.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system.
- Demonstrated experience as a consultant/ advisor to hiring managers or clients to drive business results and influence change.
- Proven experience using multiple sourcing channels to identify hard to find talent.
- Experience with Workday.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESSeeking an experienced recruiter to support our Corporate Office hiring needs. This full lifecycle recruiting role partners with high-level executives, senior hiring managers, and the corporate office to design and execute talent acquisition strategies for early career, experienced, and leadership positions. The TABP acts as a trusted talent advisor, delivering data driven hiring, building robust pipelines, and championing an inclusive, best in class candidate experience aligned with our values and mission. Responsibilities:
Provides full-life cycle recruiting, to include screening, qualifying, interviewing and managing candidate relationships while advising hiring managers through the assessment and selection process. Accurately assesses candidates for cultural, competency and skill fit, quickly synthesizes candidate and hiring manager feedback and routinely pre-closes candidates to ensure high acceptance rates. Acts as a business partner by advising hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and collaborates with others throughout the organization to ensure a smooth process and meeting required business objectives. Possesses the business acumen to influence key stakeholders, develop trusting relationships and effects business outcomes. Effectively leverages other functional areas as well as utilizes data and market intelligence when advising the business and executing staffing strategies. Understands and adheres to compliance, diversity and talent acquisition processes. Exhibits the actions and behaviors that demonstrate the Leadership Characteristics.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)- Experience with Workday and Eightfold.
REQUIRED EDUCATIONHigh school diploma is required.
School must be accredited.
WORK HOURSFull-Time. 9/80 workweek.
