Chipton-Ross is seeking a Supply Chain Systems Staff for a contract opportunity in El Segundo, CA.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)- Typically, 10 or more years of relevant experience with Bachelor's Degree with a technical or business systems application focus, or 5 or more years of relevant experience with Master's Degree
- Advanced experience generating reporting out of Ariba and S4
- Experience with generating visualizations in Tableau
- Knowledge of technical standards, principles, and concepts with the ability to provide solutions to a variety of technical problems
- Knowledge and experience in S4/Hana and Ariba
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Advanced knowledge in Excel data manipulation using slicers, pivot tables, and macros
- Working knowledge and experience in developing KPI's
- Good understanding of procurement business processes
- Strong analytical skills
- Must possess time management and project management skills
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES- Analyzes and translates business metrics, customer, and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint that outlines solutions to achieve business objectives.
- Provides systems support between supply chain and IT service areas.
- May be called upon to support cross functional technical teams to resolve critical, time-sensitive issues.
- Will support development of data driven metrics for supply chain and provide solutions.
- Analyzes supply chain business system applications, recommends systems enhancements and provides systems support.
- Provides training and guidance to buyers on processes and guidelines.
- Serves as a liaison between internal customers, information technology representatives and works closely with organization management and supply chain staff to identify business needs and establish ways to meet those needs and improvements.
- Assists and trains Supply Chain business systems users.
- Collaborates with the Senior Metrics Analyst to support organizational systems and metrics.
- Recommends effective processes and procedures that allow for the effective tracking, reporting, and usage analysis of all assets throughout their life cycle.
- Will lead small IT projects within the organization
- Design, modify and improve system templates
- Act as focal point to conduct research for system upgrades and improvements
- Creates, maintains and updates system information in various reporting repositories
- Provides SAP and related tools support to Supply Chain staff and internal customers
- Monitors and maintains Supply Chain web page with updated, current information and documentation
- Documents current systems and develops recommendations on how to proceed with solutions.
- Supports the optimization of system resources and system configurations.
REQUIRED EDUCATIONBachelor's Degree is required and school must be accredited.
WORK HOURS5/40 work week.
8:00AM to 5:00PM PST
