Talent Acquisition Business Partner - Level 2
A major Aerospace company is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner - Level 2, to join the Space Sector Engineering and/or Manufacturing & Operations Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be local to one of the major Space sector locations, remote applicants may be considered.

Be part of the next generation of the Talent Acquisition organization and play a pivotal role in our recruiting strategy, technology optimization, and recruiting marketing. The successful candidate will conduct full-life cycle recruiting, to include: screening, qualifying, interviewing and managing candidate relationships while advising hiring managers through the assessment and selection process. This position can be filled at either a Level 2 or 3.

In this job, you will:
• Manage full life cycle recruitment for regional and/or division-specific requisitions. Requisition load to include administrative, hourly technicians, exempt professionals, managers, and directors.
• Develop creative strategies to source, identify, attract, and hire top candidates in a timely fashion and share best practices with team members.
• Assess candidates for cultural, competency and skill fit, quickly synthesizing candidate and hiring manager feedback and routinely pre-closing candidates to ensure high acceptance rates.
• Operate as a business partner by advising hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and collaborating with others throughout the organization ensuring a smooth process and meeting required business objectives.
• Ensure a strong pipeline for open positions.
• Possess the business acumen to influence key stakeholders, developing trusting relationships and effecting business outcomes.
• Leverage other functional areas as well as utilizing data and market intelligence when advising the business and executing staffing strategies.
• Understand and adhere to compliance and talent acquisition processes.
• Collaborate with our leaders and other key players to ensure a streamlined and positive candidate experience.

Basic Qualifications:
Level 2: Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant professional experience in recruiting and/or sourcing - OR - Master's degree with 1+ year of relevant professional experience in recruiting and/or sourcing.
• Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

• bility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:
