The Talent Acquisition Associate supports full life cycle recruiting activities, partnering closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition colleagues to identify, attract, assess, and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience. Working under general supervision, the Talent Acquisition Partner applies established recruiting practices, sourcing strategies, and company policies to support business hiring needs. This position continues to build recruiting expertise, develops knowledge of ICF's business and talent strategies, and exercises sound judgment within established procedures and guidelines.
This is a fully remote position. Candidates may be located anywhere, but the preferred candidate will be able to work within U.S. time zones and standard business hours.

Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of recruiting experience.
2+ years of coordination, scheduling, logistics, administrative, or customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
Experience using Workday, Beamery, or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.
Experience sourcing candidates through social media, networking platforms, and online research tools.
Familiarity with employment laws, compliance requirements, and recruiting best practices.
Candidates based in the DMV area or within commuting distance of headquarters (Reston, VA) are preferred; however, qualified candidates from other locations may also be considered.
Experience leveraging AI and automation tools throughout the recruiting lifecycle to improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and elevate the candidate and hiring manager experience.

Strong communication, organizational, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$74,090.00 - $125,954.00
