The Talent Acquisition Analyst, Vendor & Project Operations will work closely with Talent Acquisition leadership, cross-functional partners, and external vendors to drive project execution, optimize vendor and platform performance, strengthen operational processes, and support continuous improvement efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of people, process, technology, and data while contributing to initiatives that directly influence the effectiveness and scalability of our Talent Acquisition function.

As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, a typical day might include:
  • Day-to-day management of Talent Acquisition vendors and technology platforms.
  • Attending vendor meetings, working sessions, and performance reviews to ensure deliverables, service expectations, and project milestones are achieved.
  • Leveraging reporting and operational metrics to monitor vendor performance against defined expectations, contractual obligations and operational goals.
  • Partnering with Talent Acquisition leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate vendor-related activities, project timelines, operational priorities, and key deliverables.
  • Supporting vendor onboarding, offboarding, contract renewals, system access, training and adoption activities.
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of Talent Acquisition projects, including technology implementations or enhancements, recruitment marketing initiatives, and process improvement efforts.
  • Identifying risks, delays, delivery concerns, process gaps, or vendor-related issues and escalating as appropriate to minimize operational impact.
  • Providing internal support when questions or issues arise related to vendor products, services, platforms, workflows, or deliverables.
  • Consolidating data, insights, and recommendations into executive-ready summaries and presentations for Talent Acquisition leadership.

To be considered for this opportunity:

You must have a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field along with a minimum of three years of current Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, project management or related experience. Previous experience within a large, matrixed healthcare environment is strongly preferred. Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational skills, as well as experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines. A high level of proficiency using Talent Acquisition technologies such as an ATS, CRM, sourcing, and other recruitment platforms is required.
