Position Details

The Global Total Rewards Analyst is an analyst-level individual contributor responsible for supporting the administration, analysis, and governance of scalable global Total Rewards programs across compensation, benefits, and mobility.

This role supports both Total Rewards strategy and execution across:
  • Broad-based compensation and incentive administration
  • Global job architecture, leveling, and market pricing
  • Benefits, retirement, wellbeing, and vendor administration
  • Global mobility case coordination and compliance
  • Manager and employee education, reporting, and decision enablement


Success in this role requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, discretion with sensitive employee data, and the ability to translate complex Total Rewards information into clear, practical guidance. The Analyst serves as a data steward, process coordinator, and trusted support partner to HR, Finance, Legal, regional HR teams, vendors, managers, and employees.

Primary Responsibilities

Compensation Analysis & Framework Support
  • Support global job architecture, job leveling, salary structure maintenance, and market pricing activities to ensure role clarity, internal equity, and market competitiveness.
  • Assist with annual compensation planning activities, including data preparation, budget modeling, Workday cycle support, and post-cycle reporting.
  • Support broad-based compensation and incentive administration by collecting data, validating assumptions, maintaining documentation, and coordinating recurring deliverables.


Benefits, Wellbeing & Retirement Program Support
  • Support administration and continuous improvement of health and welfare, retirement, time off and company paid leave, wellbeing, and ancillary benefit programs across regions.
  • Coordinate benefit program materials, renewals, vendor documentation, plan governance documents, and audit-ready files.


Global Mobility & Compliance Operations
  • Provide operational and analytical support for international assignments, immigration, relocations, transfers, and cross-border arrangements.
  • Maintain mobility case trackers, employee and vendor documentation, cost estimates, and status updates to support consistent employee experience.
  • Coordinate with employees, vendors, HR partners, Legal, Finance, and regional teams to support timely and accurate mobility processes.


Governance, Analytics & Enterprise Advisory Support
  • Support vendor management activities, including data requests, contract and renewal tracking, invoice review, performance reporting, and follow-up.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to provide data, reporting, and practical support for business-specific compensation, benefits, and mobility needs.
  • Handle sensitive employee and compensation information with confidentiality, accuracy, and sound judgment.


Required Experience, Education, Skills, Training and Competencies
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
  • 3-5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, HR operations, mobility, finance, or HR analytics; global or multi-site organization experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills; advanced Excel capability preferred, including lookups, pivot tables, formulas, and basic modeling.
  • Experience working with HRIS, compensation, or benefits systems; Workday experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, strong follow-through, sound judgment, and ability to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive employee and compensation data.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across stakeholders, deadlines, countries, vendors, and recurring Total Rewards cycles.


Compensation
  • The salary for this role will range from 77,220.00 - 115,495.00 USD annual based on full-time employment. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to location, relevant skills, training, experience, education, etc.
  • Certain roles may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives. Incentives could be discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.
