Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Analyst provides analytical support for Talent Acquisition programs through the development of metrics, KPI reporting, dashboards, scorecards and operational insights. This role analyzes recruiting performance, identifies trends and opportunities, and delivers reporting that supports Talent Acquisition leadership in making informed business decisions. The Analyst partners with Talent Acquisition leadership, HR Technology, People Analytics, and business stakeholders to enhance reporting capabilities, improve processes, and increase visibility into recruiting outcomes. This position serves as the primary owner of Talent Acquisition reporting, metrics, dashboards, and operational insights while supporting the administration and adoption of Talent Acquisition technology solutions.

Essential Functions
  • Serve as the primary owner of Talent Acquisition reporting, including metrics, KPI reporting, dashboards, scorecards, recurring and ad hoc reports, and leadership reporting packages.
  • Analyze recruiting performance, pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, hiring trends, and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
  • Develop executive presentations, reporting packages, and data-driven summaries that support recruiting strategy, operational effectiveness, and business decision-making.
  • Establish and maintain reporting standards, KPI definitions, metric calculations, process documentation, standard operating procedures, reporting guides, and training materials.
  • Design, test, validate, and maintain reports using Workday, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and related reporting tools.
  • Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition resource for Workday Recruiting and Paradox administration, including system enhancements, testing, technology adoption, and issue resolution impacting Talent Acquisition.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, automation, data visibility, and operational effectiveness across Talent Acquisition services.
  • Support audits, compliance reporting, leadership requests, vendor performance reporting, invoice tracking, contract administration, and special projects requiring analytical expertise.
  • Maintain a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and data integrity when working with recruiting and employee information.


  • Required Qualifications For Position
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, Human Resources, Reporting, Analytics, or a related field
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, scorecards, or business insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and communicate data with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.


  • Preferred Additional Qualifications for Position
  • Experience with Workday Recruiting, Workday Reporting, Paradox, Power BI, or similar reporting and Talent Acquisition technology platforms.
  • Experience creating dashboards, scorecards, KPI reporting, and executive reporting packages.
  • Experience serving as a functional administrator or business lead for Talent Acquisition technology platforms.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate.

    Salary Range*:
    $69,900.00 - $105,000.00

    *The salary offered to a candidate is based on several factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills, job-related knowledge, and relevant experience, as well as internal pay equity.
