Position Overview

Pantheon Data is seeking a Tactical Communications Subject Matter Expert (Electronic Equipment) who will support modernization and operations of tactical communications systems.

Responsibilities
  • Provide SME support for LMR and air-to-ground communications.
  • Program radios and manage encryption.
  • Develop and deliver training.
  • Support Motorola WAVE and communications systems.
  • Provide on-call technical support.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's in Telecommunications or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years LMR and communications systems experience.
  • Expertise in Motorola systems and encryption.
  • Experience in federal law enforcement communications preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.

Clearance Requirements

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Work Location: Hybrid - Washington, D.C. (with field travel)

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
