Position Summary:

The Systems Support Analyst provides techno-functional support for enterprise applications, with a strong focus on ERP platforms and integrated business systems. This role partners with business stakeholders and IT teams to resolve production issues, support enhancements, maintain system stability, and improve end-user experience. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with ERP support, incident and change management, testing, data validation, reporting, and cross-functional process support across finance, supply chain, operations, or related business areas.

Position Requirements/Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

Experience: 5-7+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, ERP platforms, or business systems in a manufacturing, distribution, finance, or operations environment.

ERP Experience: Experience supporting ERP platforms such as Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable enterprise systems. Experience supporting modules in finance, procurement, supply chain, inventory, order management, or manufacturing is strongly preferred.

Technical Skills: Working knowledge of SQL, data validation, reporting tools, system integrations, and structured testing methods including UAT and regression testing. Familiarity with service management processes such as incident, problem, and change management is preferred.

Travel: Up to 20%

Essential Duties: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The duties listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for ERP and other enterprise applications, including incident triage, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution management.
  • Support ERP modules and related business processes across areas such as finance, procurement, inventory, supply chain, manufacturing, or order management.
  • Partner with business users, application owners, developers, and infrastructure teams to analyze issues, define requirements, and deliver supportable solutions.
  • Execute and support system changes, configurations, patches, upgrades, and enhancements, including test planning, UAT coordination, validation, and post-deployment support.
  • Monitor system behavior, recurring issues, integrations, and data quality to identify trends, reduce defects, and improve application reliability.
  • Create and maintain support documentation, process flows, knowledge articles, and user guidance to improve service quality and user adoption.
  • Develop and run basic queries, reports, and data validations to support issue analysis, reconciliations, and business decision-making.
  • Manage support activities within ticketing and service management processes, ensuring accurate documentation, prioritization, communication, and timely resolution.

  • Support release activities, change control, and business continuity processes for assigned applications and integrations.
  • Coordinate escalations with vendors, technical teams, and business partners to resolve complex application issues.
