- Oversee end-to-end WMS implementations across multiple global distribution centers, encompassing design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Serve as the functional and technical SME for leading WMS platforms such as Manhattan, SAP EWM (Embedded and Decentralized), Blue Yonder, and similar solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into scalable system solutions. • Drive standardization of warehouse processes, system architecture, and integration patterns across regions.
- Coordinate with ERP, TMS, and automation systems such as robotics, automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS), and conveyors to ensure seamless integration.
- Direct vendor selection, solution evaluation, and system roadmap planning.
- Provide strategic input on warehouse optimization, including inventory accuracy, picking strategies, labor management, and throughput improvements.
- Prepare and present executive-level presentations, business cases, and implementation roadmaps.
- Ensure strong governance, documentation, and compliance with IT standards and cybersecurity policies.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to internal teams and external partners throughout project lifecycles.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in Warehouse Management Systems within supply chain and logistics environments.
• Proven track record of implementing WMS solutions across multiple distribution centers globally.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with one or more leading platforms, including Manhattan Associates, SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Blue Yonder (formerly JDA), or equivalent.
