Job DescriptionSystems Manager (MMIS)About the RoleConduent is seeking a Systems Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of an organization's systems, ensuring efficiency, security, and alignment with business goals.
This position is contingent upon the award of a government contract. Recruiting and interviewing activities may occur prior to contract award; however, employment and start dates are subject to contract award, funding, customer approval requirements, and/or satisfaction of any applicable pre-employment conditions.Responsibilities- Act as primary technical contact with the client
- Day-to-day liaison with the client
- Hire and train system maintenance and modification staff
- Develop and manage procedures for routine maintenance
- Required as key personnel through the term of the contract
Requirements- Eight (8) years of supervisory experience in Medicaid systems design, development, and implementation (DDI)
- Eight (8) years of recent experience managing DDI work within multiple functional areas of an MMIS
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $142,450 - $185,000
