The ARCHIBUS Systems Manager serves as the lead functional and technical administrator responsible for the operation, maintenance, configuration, enhancement, and support of an ARCHIBUS environment. This role supports multiple integrated ARCHIBUS applications, manages system administration activities, coordinates upgrades and implementations, and ensures optimal performance of facilities and workplace management solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Administer and support ARCHIBUS applications including Space Inventory, Occupancy, Enterprise Assets, Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Projects, Hoteling, Workplace, Leases, and related modules.
- Manage system configuration, user access, security roles, and application settings.
- Support software upgrades, testing, implementation, and production deployments.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into ARCHIBUS solutions.
- Perform system analysis, workflow design, and process improvement activities.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and system validation efforts.
- Develop implementation plans, solution designs, and technical documentation.
- Support data imports, data integrity, and database maintenance activities.
- Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, training, and technical assistance.
- Collaborate with developers and integration teams to support system enhancements and interoperability.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to maximize operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience administering enterprise facilities management systems.
- Experience with requirements analysis, business process analysis, and system implementation.
- Knowledge of relational databases, system integrations, and enterprise software platforms.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications- ARCHIBUS certification or significant ARCHIBUS administration experience.
- Experience supporting federal facilities management systems.
- Experience with AutoCAD integration, space management, asset management, and maintenance management applications.
- Knowledge of cloud-based and on-premises enterprise systems.
