Qualifications

• Must currently hold a TS/SCI and Poly security clearance
• At least 12 years of relevant experience in technical or program management roles
• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to manage actions and follow through with detailed tracking
• Proficient in developing strategic communication products and messaging for stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for summarizing technical achievements
• Experience in leading non-technical projects and integration activities

Responsibilities

• Support a high-priority customer organization with programmatic functions
• Engage with government leaders to facilitate effective mission execution
• Develop strategic communications to ensure clarity and alignment for stakeholders
• Capture meeting minutes and build presentation charts for leadership
• Participate in technical discussions to bridge gaps between teams and enhance awareness
• Manage multiple competing demands from various customer leaders
• Proactively follow through on action items and provide accurate status updates
