Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electro-optical, optical, or InfraRed (IR) design and development
• 6+ years of experience in design, integration, testing, and validation of electro-optical designs
• Proven ability to develop advanced test plans, procedures, and reports
• Strong background in physics and electronic testing methodologies
• Active Secret Clearance is mandatory
• US Citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement integration and testing solutions for in-house and COTS/GOTS components
• Synthesize customer needs into effective system test solutions addressing technical, schedule, and cost constraints
• Establish functional specifications and solve interface problems while integrating systems or subsystems
• Review and derive testability requirements, and prepare comprehensive test plans and schedules
• Coordinate testing activities across programs and organizations
• Analyze test results, and prepare evaluation reports validating system performance
• Write discrepancy reports and conduct regression testing on integrated systems
