Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Systems Implementation Manager to join the Global Program Systems team, driving the configuration, deployment, and optimization of a cloud-based construction management platform used by global data center construction teams. You will serve as one of the subject matter experts (SME) and key contributor on system capabilities, owning the full implementation lifecycle - from requirements gathering and configuration through testing, training, and post-launch optimization. Key job responsibilities The software product, overall, is intended to provide a single platform for collaboration between AWS teams and external groups to deliver some of the most technical, cost-efficient and fast paced data center construction projects in the world. The Systems Implementation Manager will be responsible for: • Support the full lifecycle of feature rollouts and system enhancements - including scoping, configuration, UAT testing, documentation, and post-launch monitoring. • Develop and maintain deep functional knowledge of platform capabilities to advise users and stakeholders on best practices and available functionality. • Serve as a primary point of contact for global internal and external system users - triaging issues, resolving problems, and escalating complex cases. • Collaborate with the third-party software vendor to report issues, validate fixes, communicate requirements, and coordinate on feature releases and platform updates. • Support integration touchpoints between the platform and adjacent including data validation and issue troubleshooting. • Identify and implement scalable solutions for complex system and process challenges, partnering with technical teams to drive resolution. • Support integration touchpoints with adjacent systems - including data validation, issue troubleshooting - and identify scalable solutions for complex system and process challenges in partnership with technical teams. • Track and report on system usage, user adoption, support volume, and implementation progress to inform team priorities and leadership visibility. • Support the development and enforcement of system policies and compliance standards across the global user base. • Support with the creation and maintaining of SOPs, configuration guides, training materials, and compliance documentation to support consistent global system usage. • Communicate and influence effectively across teams and disciplines - building alignment on implementation priorities. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 7+ years of program or project management experience - 5+ years of highly scalable systems experience - Experience communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams - Bachelor's degree or above in construction management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Experience with the full lifecycle of a software launch including configuration, user management, and issue resolution or significant experience with portions of the lifecycle. - Experience working with construction management, project management, or enterprise workflow tools. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences, operate effectively in ambiguous environments, and manage multiple competing priorities. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 10+ years in a technology company environment with experience administering Procore or similar construction management software (SaaS), including system integrations (APIs, data syncs) and familiarity with the software implementation lifecycle. - Experience in data center or mission critical design and/or construction environments. - Experience working in a complex corporate environment with significant dependencies with teams outside of immediate reporting chains. - Drive to proactively and continually deepen your level of technical depth on data center design, construction and industry practices. - Procore Certified Professional or equivalent construction management software certification. - Experience working with external vendors/partners to manage platform performance, issue resolution, and feature requests within complex corporate environments with significant cross-team dependencies. The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
