Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with 5 years of relevant experience (substitutable by 4 additional years of experience).
• 5 years of systems engineering experience in DoD, Intelligence Community, or Federal programs.
• Proficient in systems engineering lifecycle processes and requirement management.
• Experience developing engineering documentation and technical briefings for government stakeholders.
• Ability to work directly with government customers and coordinate across multiple organizations.
• Active Secret Security clearance with the potential for a Top Secret clearance and access to Sensitive Compartmented Information.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and manage system requirements throughout the engineering lifecycle.
• Support requirements decomposition, verification planning, and configuration management efforts.
• Coordinate technical activities among government, FFRDC, UARC, and industry partners.
• Create engineering documentation such as Systems Engineering Plans and Verification Cross Reference Matrices.
• Participate in design reviews and technical interchange meetings.
• Conduct trade studies and risk analyses to inform engineering decisions.
• Assist in system verification, validation, and operational transition activities.
