Document, analyze, trace, and review complex requirements and work in a cross-functional/cross-thread manner with others to ensure end-to-end development, integration, verification, delivery, deployment and installation activities and ensure requirements closure.
  • End-to-End Systems Oversight:
    • Oversee systems from an end-to-end perspective, ensuring proper integration, functionality, and performance across all components.
    • Coordinate with program managers and developers to ensure system requirements are met and align with broader program goals.
  • Cross-Component Coordination:
    • Facilitate collaboration between different system components and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
    • Support the implementation of thread-based structures within the organization, including solution epics and program epics.
  • Data Management and Analysis:
    • Provide data management and support, ensuring data strategies, provenance, and optimizations are effectively implemented.
  • Performance Optimization:
    • Evaluate system performance and identify opportunities for improvement, including faster processing and enhanced product delivery.
    • Work with vendors to test and implement innovative solutions.
  • Knowledge of Acquisition Processes:
    • Support acquisition processes as needed, including contributing to independent government cost estimates and contract documentation.
  • Strategic Input:
    • Align systems engineering efforts with the organization's long-term vision (e.g., 2035 objectives).
    • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership regarding system improvements and future capabilities.

This position offers an opportunity to contribute to mission-critical systems within a forward-looking and innovative organization. The ideal candidate will have a technical mindset, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for driving solutions that enhance performance and meet mission objectives.
