Learn about the Trident II D5 Fleet Ballistic Missile. We want you to support the FBM Program by joining the Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) team as a Systems Integration Engineer. The roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: • Perform mechanical interface definition, documentation, and change management • Perform systems/hardware integration, test planning, and execution • Perform analysis to evaluate interface compatibility and coordinate solutions to resolve discrepancies • Participate in and coordinate design reviews and technical product reviews • Lead and mentor a team of system integrators Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering • Advanced CREO proficiency • Experience with mechanical integration • Design experience utilizing Model Based Engineering tools • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance Desired skills • Missile/Space Weapons Systems Experience • Proven self-starter with demonstrated capability to proactively work through difficult technical, project and resource challenges • 12+ years of experience in large program Configuration, assembly, and design integrations • Demonstrated performance of bringing program through development reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) • Strong full spectrum leadership with demonstrated experience in leading teams and working cross Integrated Product Teams by building effective relationships • Experience with integrating large assembly models, deconflicting interferences across components, and successfully releasing usable assembly level models to the program • Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) experience • Active or Current DoD Secret Security Clearance Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. National Pay Statement Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $128,400 - $226,435. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
