Job DescriptionYou will be the Systems Engineer - Scrum Master for the Digital Transformation Siemens Xcelerator Backbone Agile Team which is responsible for driving agile delivery of Siemens Xcelerator solutions across the program.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Systems Engineer - Scrum Master you will be responsible for leading the Agile team, coordinating implementation efforts, and ensuring high-quality delivery of Xcelerator capabilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the Digital Transformation Siemens Xcelerator Backbone Agile Team as Scrum Master.
- Facilitate Agile team activities, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate implementation of Siemens Xcelerator for an ADP program, aligning Siemens and Lockheed personnel within an Agile framework.
- Collaborate with program leadership and other Agile Teams to prioritize and deploy new Xcelerator capabilities across testing and secure environments.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, flowcharts, and standard operating procedures.

Basic Qualifications• Experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
• Experience with Agile principles and practices
• Experience with Siemens Xcelerator or similar software is a plus
Desired skills• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience working in a digital transformation environment
• Knowledge of engineering design processes and procedures
• Experience with Build-To-Package (BTP) process development, process documentation, tool implementation, and Product Level Feed Down (PLFD)
• Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM, SSM) or proven Scrum Master experience
National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $89,300 - $157,550. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
